Gender analysis of project area

A gender analysis of the pilot project area will be conducted with focus on aquaculture as well as whole livelihood and socio-economic environment including gender relations in the community and along the value chain.

Training of pilot project staff in M&E

Staff who will be engaged in monitoring will be trained in applying the schema.

M&E at pilot sites

The trained project staff will conduct regular visits to the project area and collect information using the gender monitoring schema. Village meetings will be conducted as needed. The project staff will make a report on each visit. Towards the end of the pilot project, practices that affect emissions will be assessed as well as get the output evaluated by the local women and men to learn how they see “achievements” from their perspectives.
